Refund policy

We want you to love every DEMIUR piece. If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as set out below and in Article 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 14 DAYS
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. This applies to in-stock and pre-order items alike.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Email DEMiUR@demiurstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return. You can use the model form below.
- Pack the items carefully, unworn, unwashed, with their original labels and packaging.
- Ship them within 14 days of your email to:

The cost of the return shipment is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. For returns from outside the European Union, please mark the parcel as a return of goods to avoid import duties being charged twice.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the price of the items and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that you have sent them, before issuing the refund. Customs duties and import taxes paid for deliveries outside the EU are not refunded by us.
If the items show signs of wear, washing or damage beyond what is necessary to try them on, we may reduce the refund by the diminished value.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item as described above and place a new order, so you can secure the piece you want while availability lasts.
EXCEPTIONS
Made-to-measure or personalised pieces created through our atelier service cannot be returned, unless faulty.
FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us at DEMiUR@demiurstudio.com with your order number and photographs. In this case the return is at our expense, and you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
