Every DEMIUR piece is prepared and packed with care at our atelier in Moncalvo, in the heart of Monferrato. Below you will find delivery times, costs and conditions for your destination.

We currently ship only to the destinations listed above. Shipping costs are set in euros; if you shop in your local currency, they are converted at checkout.

Customs and duties: for destinations outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, USA, Canada, China, Japan and Australia), any customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are paid by the customer and are charged directly by the courier. These charges remain the recipient's responsibility even if the delivery is refused.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pieces marked Pre-order are made for you and have an estimated delivery time of 30 days from the date of your order. If your order also contains in-stock items, it will be shipped in full once the pre-order pieces are ready, unless agreed otherwise with our Customer Care.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment in real time.

TAX DOCUMENTS

For all shipments within the European Union, your receipt or invoice is sent exclusively by email when your order is dispatched. No document showing the value of the goods is included in the parcel.

Our model is 178 cm (5'10") tall and usually wears an IT 38–40 (UK 10–12 / US 6–8). She is wearing a size M for a relaxed, oversized fit.

Every piece is prepared and packed by hand at our atelier in Moncalvo. In-stock items are dispatched within a few working days; pieces marked Pre-order have an estimated delivery time of 30 days.

Shipping: Italy €10 · European Union €25 · Switzerland, UK & Norway €40 · USA & Canada €50 · China & Japan €60 · Australia €70. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Returns: you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense; we refund the item and the standard shipping cost.

Alchemy as a process.

Transformation happens through slow, sustainable artisanal techniques, guided by a contemporary vision of knitwear. A compact yarn gains lightness, a surface opens up and changes its hand, colour penetrates the fibre, creating nuances, depth and lived-in effects.

Stitches, textures, dyes, washes and finishes are design tools: each intervention changes how the yarn behaves and defines the character of the garment.

Slow by design. Local by nature.

DEMIUR develops each garment through trials, experimentation and the fine-tuning of techniques, from knitwear to jersey. Working with local knitwear factories and artisan workshops of excellence allows material and construction to be developed together, with care given to every stage of the product.

A conscious, holistic approach to yarns shapes unique garments, designed to keep their character and identity over time.
